Women's Soccer Falls on the Road

Box Score WEST CHESTER, Pa. --- The Wheeling Jesuit women's soccer team couldn't fight-off the high powered offense of West Chester University on Saturday afternoon. The Golden Rams attempted 10 shots in the first half which led to just one goal. West Chester continued to attack in the second frame with 11 shots, and buried two of them for a 3-0 victory.
 
WJU's Holly Kraus tended the net for 48:09 and recorded four saves, while Taylor Gianangeli relieved Kraus of her duties, stopping one goal in 41:51 minutes of work.
 
The Cardinals will host Clarion University on Tuesday, September 11 at James LaRosa Stadium. Kickoff is scheduled for 7 p.m.
