Thobe Earns MEC Volleyball Honors
BRIDGEPORT, W.Va. -- Andrea Thobe (Wheeling Jesuit) has been named Mountain East Conference Volleyball Player of the Week.

Thobe led the Cardinals to a 3-0 week totaling 116 assists. She also contributed defensively with 29 digs as the Cardinals secured the MEC regular season title with a 16-0 record.

 Kelsey Volkmer (Urbana) had 13 kills and no errors and eclipsed the 1,000-mark for kills in a career ...  Brytni Willis (Concord) had 20 kills and 23 digs in a 1-1 week for the Mountain Lions ... Bri Swann (Fairmont State) had a 1-1 week for the Falcons with 32 kills and 26 digs in two matches ... Erin Bond (WV Wesleyan) had 37 kills in a 3-0 week for the Bobcats.
