On October 1^st at 8:00PM, your WJU Hockey Team won their home opener vs. cross-town rivals West Liberty Hilltoppers of a score of 10-2. The game was held on Homecoming Weekend and numerous students came out to support the Cardinals. Junior, Tyler Henk, had a break out game with 7 goals, while junior goaltender, Tommy Pie', had over twenty saves. The hard hitting game was nothing short of exciting between the two competitive schools.
