For the second consecutive week, Wheeling Jesuit rookie Kasey Frazier has been named the WVIAC Women’s Golfer of the Week and WJU's Athlete of the Week.
Frazier won her second straight tournament, this time coming at the Michael Corbett Fall Classic. After trailing the leader by two strokes after the first round, the rookie from Galloway, N.J., forced a play-off for the individual title.
On the first hole of the play-off, Frazier birdied the 525-yard par-five to claim victory. She also helped guide the Cardinals to a second-place finish.
