Dante Waltershas been selected as WJU's Male Athlete of the Week for his performance in the inagural rugby match against West Virginia University.

Walters stormed through the WVU defense, fending off players left and right to record the program’s first try. Stapleton followed with the two-point conversion, giving the Cardinals a 10-6 advantage in the 79th minute and the program's first varsity win.
