Erin Metzger, a junior from Canton, Ohio, earned the Wheeling Jesuit Women’s Athlete of the Week award for her low-round score during the WVIAC Southern Regional three-hole playoff victory on April 15-16.
 
Metzger led the Cardinals with a two-day total of 159 strokes, turning in a score of 77 after the first 18-holes and posted an 82 on the second eighteen. In addition, Metzger was named WVIAC First Team All-Conference, finishing third overall in tournament scoring for the year with 410 strokes in five rounds of competition.
