With her 6th place Atlantic Regional finish, Women's Cross Country runner Kaitlyn Workman is the WJU Co-Female Athlete of the Week. Workman ran the 2nd fastest 6k time in school history of 21:24.1 and received an individual spot in the Nov. 18 National Championship race for the second year in a row.
