Maxwell Lacey recorded a pair of dramatic wins last weekend at Gannon and Lake Erie for the WJU Male Athlete of the Week Award. Lacey shot in for the double leg takedown in the final seconds Saturday night to defeat Gannon's Nick Budd, 3-2. The senior Cardinals heavyweight followed with a fall in 1:06 over Evan Loughman to propel WJU into the upset win over No. 15 Lake Erie, 21-19. Lacey is now 16-8 on the year.
