WHEELING, W.Va. – Cassie Holstein of the Wheeling Jesuit softball team is this week’s WJU Female Athlete of the Week!

Cassie finished the week 9-20 at plate, for an impressive batting average of .450. She tallied four multi-hit games, including six hits over her last three games.
Against Notre Dame College, Holstein was 4-6 at the plate, had a triple, scored once, and drove in an other RBI. She also stole five bases on the week.

On the season, Holstein is hitting .393 with 70 hits. She has stolen 17 bases, drove in 14 runs, and scored 37 times.
