Wheeling, W. Va. - With the spring semester wrapped up, the Mountain East Conference (MEC) handed out their annual academic honors for the winter and spring sports seasons. The Cardinals had a lot of success on the field, with 10 of the 11 spring/winter sports programs either qualifying for their conference tournament or competing in their conference championship event, and that success continued into the classroom.
