The Wheeling Jesuit Cardinals will be competing for four separate conference championships this week in Softball, Men's Lacrosse, Women's Lacrosse, and Track & Field.
 
Women's Lacrosse
 
The Wheeling Jesuit women's lacrosse team faces a crucial home rematch against Findlay on Tuesday in the GLIAC quarterfinals.
 
The playoff appearance highlights WJU's best season finish in the program's three-year history.
 
The Cardinals defeated Findlay on home soil earlier this semester in a come-from-behind thriller 16-15.
 
The opening draw is scheduled for 6:00 PM on Bishop Schmitt Field. Fans can follow the live stats of the game HERE.

Softball
 
The Cardinal Softball claimed the 11th seed in the Mountain East Conference Playoffs and will travel to the Moyer Sports Complex in Salem, Virginia to face the No. 6 Notre Dame Falcons at 2:30 PM on Thursday, May 1.
 
The Cardinals split four-game, home and away series with the Falcons this season, winning game one at home 12-4, then dropping game two 6-7. WJU then traveled to South Euclid to face NDC, dropping game one 0-5 before taking a win in game two 9-6.
 
The winner of this game will advance on to face the No. 3 seed Fairmont State Falcons.

Men's Lacrosse
 
After a hard-fought non-conference win over Mars Hill University, the USILA's No. 12 ranked WJU men's lacrosse team continues their stellar season on Friday in the opening round of the ECAC conference championship at Mercyhurst University in Erie, Penn,
 
The Cardinals face a huge re-match challenge against Lake Erie College in the semifinals, a team they fell to earlier this season by a score of 8-15 on the road.
 
Faceoff for the rematch is schedule for 2:00 PM on Friday, May 2nd on Mercyhurst's Tullio Field.

Track & Field
 
The Cardinals have already collected 20 crucial points toward obtaining the inaugural Mountain East Conference Track & Field championship this past weekend with the WJU men claiming first in the decathlon, and the women taking second in the Heptathlon.
 
WJU returns to Glenville this weekend to attempt to win the overall championship in the individual events.
