A top two events throwing, Lauren Dickerson of the Cardinals women's track & field team is a WJU Athlete of the Week (April 16-22). Dickerson set a new Bethany Stadium record by winning the discus with a throw of 43.25 meters to win the event and also won the hammer throw (45.82m) for the Bethany Mini-Meet. The senior also was second in the discus (41.84m) and seventh in the hammer (42.55m) at the Otterbein Twilight meet.
