CHARLOTTE, NC(Oct. 22) - The Wheeling University Men's Rugby (1-4, 0-4) team travels down south for a Friday night contest against the Queens University of Charlotte Royals (6-2, 2-1) in another Atlantic Rugby Conference matchup.

Wheeling hosted the number one team in the conference, St Bonaventure University, last Friday on a senior night. The Cardinals would take the loss versus the Bonnies 29-7.

Senior Shadreck Mandaza will be a key component in the matchup, as he scored the only try for Wheeling against St Bonaventure.

Seniors Alex Nyamunda and Taku Musingwini will also look to get back on track in this matchup.

Wheeling in the fall against Queens last year went 0-1-1; the loss came in the National Collegiate Rugby (NCR) National Tournament as the Royals won 45-28. Wheeling was able to flip the script in the Spring 7's season and defeat Queens in convincing fashion both times, 24-0 and 43-7.

The Cardinals will look to get their first win in conference play on the road. The contest's kick-off is scheduled for 8:00p.m. in Charlotte, NC.
