Wheeling, W. Va. - With the spring semester officially wrapped up, the Mountain East Conference (MEC) announced their annual year-end Academic honors on Friday. After a record-breaking performance in the classroom during the fall semester, the Wheeling University Athletic Department continued that success into the spring. 66 Cardinal student-athletes received the highest academic honor from the conference, earning a spot on the Academic All-Conference team.
