Wheeling, W. Va. - This Valentine's Day, get a much-needed date night, while your kids have a night filled with activities. The Wheeling University Volleyball team is hosting a special Valentine's Day Kids Sports Night on Tuesday, February 14th, from 5:30 – 8:30 PM inside the Alma Grace McDonough Center for kids aged 13 and under. It will be a night of sports with Wheeling University student-athletes and coaches leading the fun. 

The registration fee is $35 per student and registration begins inside the Alma Grace McDonough Center at 5:30 PM. The night will begin at 6 PM with Wheeling University Volleyball players taking the kids through a night full of different sports. Some of the activities included will be volleyball, basketball, fun relay races, and even board games. Kids can pick the activities and will have a chance to bond with other campers and have a night of fun with Wheeling University players and coaches. The night ends at 8:30 PM with pick-up inside the Alma Grace McDonough Center. 

Head Coach Christy Benner is excited to welcome in the kids and allow the parents a date night on Valentine's Day. 

"We are thrilled to share an exciting opportunity for your children to have a night of fun while you enjoy a well-deserved Valentine's Date night out," said Benner. "The event promises to be both entertaining and an enriching experience with college athletes who will be leading various sports and activities throughout the evening."
