WHEELING, W.Va. (Nov. 18) - The Wheeling University men's and women's basketball teams will host Notre Dame College in a basketball doubleheader on Saturday, November 23 in games originally slated to be played in South Euclid, Ohio. The women's game will tip at 12 p.m. inside the Alma Grace McDonough Center, and the men will follow around 2 p.m.

The move was made due to the announcement that Notre Dame was selected to host an opening round NCAA Playoff football game against West Chester on the same date.

Wheeling will now travel to South Euclid, Ohio on Wednesday, January 22 as a result of the venue switch.

The basketball doubleheader has been scheduled to start at 12 p.m. because Wheeling will host the Mountain East Conference (MEC) Volleyball Tournament Final later that evening.

The women's game will be the home opener for second-year Head Coach Mike Llanas's Cardinals.
