Cardinals Make Northern Debut This Weekend, Start MEC Play

WHEELING, W.Va. – After the area weather has postponed all action the last two weeks, the Wheeling Jesuit softball team and head coach Sara Pelegreen makes their northern debut this weekend and open Mountain East Conference action in a pair of home twinbills.

The Cardinals (5-5) travel up the hill for their first pair of 'home' games Sunday against the Falcon of Notre Dame College (8-5) on West Liberty's field at 2 p.m.

WJU makes its true home opener Monday afternoon, March 20, in a noon doubleheader versus Urbana (3-5) at the J.B. Chambers Complex.
