Cardinals Return to MEC Play, Host Golden Eagles Tuesday

WHEELING, W. Va The start of the New Year brings the return of Mountain East Conference basketball play. Wheeling Jesuit begins the 2017 part of its basketball schedules with a home doubleheader Tuesday night against the University of Charleston.
 
The Cardinals host the Golden Eagles in the McDonough Center with the women's contest tipping off at 5:30 p.m. and the men following at 7:30 p.m.
 
In women's game: Charleston (4-6/3-1 MEC) vs. No. 18 WJU (9-1/4-0 MEC) at 5:30 p.m.
