Cardinals Entertain Mt. Lions Saturday Afternoon

WHEELING, W. Va. – Starting another stretch of games in a short time period, Wheeling Jesuit entertains Concord Saturday afternoon in Mountain East Conference basketball action.
 
The weekend contests will have the women's teams play starting at 1 p.m., while the men tip at 3 p.m.
 
The No. 23 Cardinals (12-2/7-1 MEC) women aim for their third win in a row and continue their stay atop the MEC standings against the Mountain Lions (2-10/1-7 MEC).
 
For the men, the No. 6 WJU (13-1/7-1 MEC) try for their ninth victory in a row and fourth win in a row over Concord (5-9/1-7 MEC).
 
**Schedule note: Monday's WJU home basketball games vs. UVa.-Wise have been moved up an hour to a 4 and 6 p.m. start times.
