Box Score ALLENDALE, Mich.---The Wheeling Jesuit women's lacrosse team traveled to Allendale, Mich. to play the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference's top-ranked team, Grand Valley State University Lakers. The Cardinals fell 20-2 as Jessie Tufnell and Sara Fitzsimon recorded goals for WJU. Wheeling Jesuit moved to 5-11 overall and 3-4 in the GLIAC while GVSU improved to 10-5 overall and 7-0 GLIAC.
 
The Lakers scored 12 goals before Tufnell found Fitzsimon for the Cardinals' first goal. In the second half, Tufnell added a goal, but the top-ranked Lakers secured the win.
 
Wheeling Jesuit will be back in action on Sunday, April 28 in Painesville, Ohio against Lake Erie College. First draw is scheduled for 12 p.m.
