Jay Billiter

Jay Billiter enters his second full season as a member of Christy Schoolcraft's Athletic Training Staff during the 2024-2025 season.

Jay will assist with the rehab and coverage of all 22 Wheeling University Athletic varsity sports, including game coverage, practice coverage, and student-athlete treatment.

Billiter assisted with all 19 varsity sports during the 2023-2024 season, working a majority of the Wheeling University Football team's games. He also assisted with sports coverage for both soccer teams, baseball, softball, and Men's Lacrosse during the year. He also helped in the Athletic Training room, providing rehab and other medical needs.

Along with his duties as an Assistant Athletic Trainer at Wheeling, he also serves as a Physical Therapist at nearby UPMC Washington. Billiter is a graduate of West Virginia University, where he received his degree in Athletic Trainer and later acquired his Doctor of Physical Therapy.

He lives with his wife Olivia Louise.
