Carlos Molina begins his second season as a Graduate Assistant for the Wheeling Men's Soccer team and is in his sixth season with the program for the 2025 season. He served as the team's primary goalkeeper coach, after playing the position for four seasons in a Cardinal uniform.
In 2025, Molina would help lead a Cardinal goalkeeper group that finished with a .653 save percentage and a 2.41 Goals Against Average. He would help lead the emergence of Diego Marquez, who finished with a .699 save percentage in his freshman season. Under Molina's watch, the Cardinals would finish fifth in the conference with 77 saves during the year, while allowing just over two goals per game during the season.
Molina dawned the Cardinal colors from 2021-2024 where he served as the team's starting goal keeper. In 2024, he recorded a 2.52 goals against average, a .620 save percentage, made 37 saves in 678:37 minutes played over nine games and seven starts. Over his 25 total games played, he has made 89 saves for a career 2.67 goals against average and .621 save percentage.
