Former Cardinal All-American and national champion Haley Kindall returns for her second season as a graduate assistant at Wheeling University in 2019.

In her first season on the sidelines, Kindall helped the Cardinals claim the NCAA Atlantic Region crown and advance to the Elite Eight in Pittsburgh, before the team bowed out to Lewis in the National Quarterfinals.

Kindall was instrumental in the continued development of 2018 First Team All-American and AVCA Atlantic Region Player of the Year Haley Kramer. Kramer l
ed the MEC and ranked fourth in Division II with 169 total blocks (1.22 per set). She also led the league and ranked 17th nationally with a .377 hitting percentage.


Kindall returned to the Wheeling campus after being a core member of the volleyball team from 2013-2016 and playing on the Prowin Volleys TV Holz team located in Saarbrücken, Saarland, Germany in 2017.


The Westerville, Ohio, native graduated with a bachelor's in business and a minor in art minor in 2017 from WU. During her career at WU, she helped lead her team to win the school’s first NCAA National Championship in the fall of 2015. Along the way, she was named Freshman of the Year in the Mountain East Conference in 2013, All-American  3rd Team in 2014, All-American Honorable Mention in 2015, and All-American 2nd Team in 2016.

Kindall played in 170 matches and 530 sets. During those sets, she recorded 1,530 kills with only 368 errors out of 3,221 total attacks for a hitting percentage of .374. She totaled 1,889 points, 189 digs, and 536 total blocks.
