Bryce Deeringer enters his second season as a graduate assistant coach with the Cardinals in 2021-2022, and is in his first season working with head coach Theo Egbele.
Deeringer works primarily with the goalkeepers, after spending four years as a Goalie at Concord University. He has helped the Wheeling Goalkeepers grow on the field, helping both Jaci Wilson and Mikayla Yarwood grow on the field through the COVID shortened season.
Deeringer comes to Wheeling after wrapping up his playing career as a goalkeeper at fellow Mountain East Conference member Concord University. Deeringer participated on both the soccer and football teams at Concord, spending three seasons as a kickoff specialist for the Mountain Lions football team.
The Tampa, Florida native attended Hough High School in North Carolina and was a two-time all-conference and all-district soccer player. He was also an all-conference kicker on the Hough football team.
Deeringer is enrolled in the Wheeling University MBA program.
