Bill Flanigan enters his second season with the Wheeling Woman's Rugby program and his first season as the Junior Varsity Head Coach.
Bill served under head coach Ken Pape last season as the Cardinals were crowned National Champions in Fall 15's and made an appearance in the CRC's Spring 7's quarterfinals. The 2025-26 season will see the Cardinals add a JV team that will compete in NCR Division II. The addition of the JV team will add depth to an already elite program. Bill will lead the JV team as the Head Coach to develop and prepare the new talent that the Cardinals have signed for varsity play.
