Ryan Kostur returns for his sixth season as assistant coach for WJU.  Prior to Wheeling Jesuit, Kostur spent two seasons as an assistant coach at Weir High School.  Kostur’s father, Jack, coached at Weir High for 28 years before recently retiring.  Ryan is very familiar with the Cardinal basketball program as he was a four-year player at WJU, graduating in 1999. Kostur and Coach Danny Sancomb were teammates on the 1997 and 1998 WJU squads. Kostur earned an accounting degree from Wheeling Jesuit in 1999 and today resides in Weirton, WV with his wife, Marie.  Along with assisting WJU, he also works full time at Lyles Auto Sales in Weirton.
