Danny comes to Wheeling Jesuit from St. Mary's Ryken in the WCAC, where he was an assistant coach for Dave Tallman.
Danny also worked year-round for The Hoop Group at Top 100 clinics, Jamfests, as well as Elite and Skills Camps. He is a 2010 graduate of Davis and Elkins College where he graduated with a B.S. in History.
Danny was a four year starter for the Senators and captained the team his junior and senior years. At D&E, Manuel was a 1000+ point scorer and led the WVIAC twice in three point percentage. Prior to Davis and Elkins, Manuel graduated from the Miller School in Charlottesville, VA. At Miller, Manuel led his team to two conference titles and back to back state championship games for head coach Fred Wawner. Manuel was named VIS State Player of the Year in 2006.
Manuel was born and raised in Waynesboro, VA and is the son of Gary and Rhonda Manuel. Manuel's uncle, Charlie, is the Manager for the Philadelphia Phillies.
