Washington, PA. – It was the first of back-to-back events for the Wheeling University Women's Swimming team (3-1, 1-1) as they made the trip to nearby Washington, PA. It was a big night for the Cardinals as they won eight different races on their way to a sweep of the tri-meet action. They defeated Washington & Jefferson 143-101 and added a 138-94 win against Allegheny College to close out the weekend.
Leading the way for the Cardinals was junior

She would pick up the win with a time of 1:02.41 as she defeated the rest of the field by just under six seconds.
