2017 MEC Women's Basketball -- Ticket Information & Bracket

The Wheeling Jesuit women's basketball team has earned the second seed for the 2017 Mountain East Conference basketball tournament, which will be held in Charleston, West Virginia beginning on Wednesday, March 1. Ticket packages for all sessions are available on the MEC Tournament Central page.
 
The Cardinals wil play in the 12 p.m. game on Thursday, March 2 versus the winner of Shepherd and West Virginia Wesleyan, who will play Wednesday at noon.
 
Even with the addition an extra day of basketball to the tournament format, all-session ticket prices remain the same from last year at $40 for reserved and $35 for general admission. Single session reserved tickets are $15, and single session general admission tickets are $12 for adults and $5 for youth ages 12-18 and students (with a valid ID). Children 11 and under can get an all-session reserved ticket for just $20, or an all-session general admission ticket for $5. Tickets are available online now via Ticketmaster.com, or locally in Charleston at the Civic Center Box Office or Charleston area volunteers.
 
The Cardinals are one of 10 teams vying for the title this year with the top six teams earning a first round bye. All first round games will be played on Wednesday, March 1, with the women's quarterfinals being played on Thursday, March 2, and the men's quarterfinals continuing on Friday, March 3. The weekend features all four semifinal games on Saturday, March 4, and concludes with the title games on Sunday, March 5.
