East Stroudsburg, Pa. – Jesuit Wrestling continued its road trip in Eastern Pennsylvania taking East Stroudsburg University to the mat on Friday night in a Super Region 1 dual match. Jesuit won the first seven matches and ran out to a dominant 31-7 victory over the Warriors.
The highlight of the night occurred when
Maxwell Lacey pinned Tyler Richardson, ranked #1 in Super Region 1, in 4:44 to put Jesuit up 31-3.
The victory improves the young Wrestling program's record to 9-4. Jesuit has two more regular season matches left. The Cardinals will wrestle Seton Hill University at home on Saturday February 14
th then travel to Gannon University on February 18
th to wrap up the regular season.
