Men’s Soccer Travels to Notre Dame College, loses 3-0

Box Score South Euclid, OH – The Men's Soccer team travelled to Notre Dame College on Saturday morning to play its first Mountain East Conference game of the season. 

Notre Dame got off to a fast start, scoring two goals in the first 10 minutes of the game.  Notre Dame's Alexis Souahy scored a goal assisted by Christopher Fairley at 0:50 of the first half.  The next goal came at the 7:20 mark on a team goal.  
 
The Cardinals settled into the game, but the damage had already been done. Notre Dame College's Martin Lange scored the final goal at 78:14 of the second half to put Notre Dame College ahead for good, 3-0.
 
With the loss, the Men's Soccer record falls to 2-2-0 overall and 0-1-0 in the Mountain East Conference.  WJU Men's Soccer returns to action on Wednesday September 17th at home against Urbana University at 7pm.
