Box Score JOHNSTOWN, Pa.---The Wheeling Jesuit volleyball team opened WVIAC play on the road at Pitt-Johnstown University. The Cardinals defeated the Mountain Cats 3-1 by scores of 25-18, 25-13, 22-25 and 25-14.
 
Jesuit's offense was led by Allissa Ware and Jenna Pew, who both recorded double figures in two categories. Ware pounded out 13 kills with 14 digs, while Pew floored 13 kills coupled with 26 assists. Madison Strall added 21 assists, and Makenzie Ripley recorded a team-best 16 digs.
 
The Cardinals will play host to Lock Haven University and Urbana University on Saturday, September 15. The Lock Haven match begins at 2 p.m., and the Cardinals take the court again at 6 p.m. against Urbana.
