With two meets of solid performances the past two weeks, Women's Track & Field thrower Alba Torres is a WJU Athlete of the Week (April 9-15). Torres set her personal best mark of 13.12 meters for 3rd place in the shot put event at the Westminster Invitational. In the prior week, Torres won the hammer throw (46.30m) and was second in the shot put (12.56m) at the Bethany Invitational.
