WHEELING, W.Va. – After taking first place at the Lake Erie Invite over the weekend, Kelsey Chambers has been tabbed the WJU Female Athlete of the Week.
 
Chambers continued her stellar fall performance by winning the race with a time of 16:07.94, over 20 seconds ahead of the next finisher. The Cardinals finished second as a team at the event.
 
Chambers will next lead the Cardinals into the MEC Championships on Saturday, October 22 in Bridgeport, West Virginia.
